When a fabric is yarn-dyed the colour is placed in the yarn or threads before knitting as opposed to the colour being printed or being dyed on the fabric after being knitted.
In this polyester elastane auto stripe jersey fabric, the elastane content can be varied from 3% to 10% to meet different requirements. And also elastane yarn can be replaced by lycra with tag.
This fabric is mainly used to make T-shirts, children's wear and other special stripe effects.

What are the advantages of yarn-dyed fabrics
Compared with printing fabric and dying fabric, the yarn dyed fabrics have obvious advantages in colour, stereo, colourfastness. However, due to yarn dyeing, weaving, finishing and other processes loss, therefore, high input costs, high technical requirements. The yarn-dyed jacquard fabric is woven or knitted into the high-quality grey fabric directly, therefore, it can be washed with water more times to avoid the shortcoming of the printing fabric to wash and fade.
