Fleece Fabric

Polyester single side brushed fleece fabric is a regular knitted fleece fabric that is only brushed one side and remain the front side same as jersey fabric. Fleece fabrics can be made in different weight which varies from 200 gsm to 400 gsm or even more heavy weight. And its width can be 150cm to 180cm.

Polar fleece mainly applies to bathrobe, lounge wear, casual wear, hoody, sweater, children's wear and other clothes in winter.
Advantage: Polyester yarn is knitted with rayon yarn to achieve a good hand feeling in the front side (rayon) and fleece side is polyester which is easy to be brushed and makes the fleece side fluffy,

Dyeing & print method: Dyeing ground fabric & Reactive print on front side.

This fabric mainly applies to bathrobe, leisurewear, casual clothing, hoody, sweater, babywear, children's wear and other winter clothes.
Advantage: Comparing to 100% polyester or polyester/cotton fleece, cvc fleece fabric has the more cotton in capacity and makes the wearer feel more comfortable and avoid kind of allergic to polyester for certain people. It is very good for winter fleece or winter hoody.

Polyester cotton fleece is stronger than 100% cotton, holds warmth and dries quickly, which is why it was originally used by outdoor enthusiasts instead of wool. The structure of the pile surface of the fleece makes air pockets to keep the wearer warmer than wool and other fabrics.
Polyester makes the fabric more stronger than cotton and cotton makes it skin-friendly and warm.

Micro polyester fleece is extremely warm because of its structure. The pile surface provides space for air pockets between the polyester threads, and this goes for both sides of the micro fleece fabric. Because it is moisture-resistant, fleece fabric can always keep wearers warm even under extreme weather conditions.
Bamboo is a very eco-friendly material which can be 100% regenerated in the environment. If bamboo is mixed with micro polyester yarn, the fleece fabric has the both characteristics from bamboo and polyester.

Usage: sweaters, sweat shirts, jackets, mittens, hats, blankets, and in any other applications where a warm, wool-like material is needed.

Cotton fleece is pretty much synonymous with the winter time. Cotton fleece normally is heavy in weight as it can't be as fluffy as micro polyester but it is much more skin-friendly than polyester. Heavy fleece fabric is infinitely comfortable and Eco-friendly, so it's a great fabric to use in cotton baby's wear, baby's fleece wear, casual, everyday coats and jackets so you can stay warm out of doors.

100% Cotton fleece can be medium or heavy weight, cozy, and perfect for creating hoodies, lounge wear, cotton baby clothes. It is very soft in hand feeling and 100% generated in the environment.
If Organic fleece is GOTS certified, then it must be grown in an environment where no pesticides, chemical fertilizers, or herbicides have been used for a minimum of three years.
