What is Lyocell and is Lyocell a good fabric material?
The main component of Lyocell fiber, like cotton or viscose, is cellulose.Its molecular weight and crystallinity are between cotton and viscose.
Because of the unique degree of polymerization and crystallinity of Lyocell fiber, it has three characteristics, namely high strength, its strength is close to polyester; fast water absorption, its water absorption rate is nearly twice as fast as cotton, its moisture recovery rate is also better than cotton and its own fibrization produces peach skin effect.

Post-print, we process washing treatment to remove impurities on rayon jersey fabric. The next, those post-processings like steam, tenter, and sanforize can minimize shrinkage and preserve the integrity of the design.
