Product highlights: 100% environment friendly, milky and soft, solid dyed & yarn dyed & all over print are all available. Like other fabric in the rayon family viscose is smooth, cool, very comfortable, and highly absorbent. Clothes made of viscose or rayon are skin-friendly and have the appearance of cotton and modal.

Additional features (Optional): Wicking effect, moisture absorption, anti-pilling, and other special functions.
Bulk colors: According to the customer's requirement.

What is a tie-dye fabric?
If a piece of cloth or a garment is tie-dyed, it is tied in knots and then put into dye, so that some parts become more deeply colored than others. It offers a random and colourful designs for garments and naturally it's getting more popular in fashion clothes.

Tie-dye can be used to create a wide variety of designs on fabric, from standard patterns such as the spiral, peace sign, diamond, and the marble effect to beautiful works of art.

What is sand-washed fabric? Sand-washed fabric refers to the surface finish treatment which gives fabric a soft, chamois-like feel and luster. Other names include sueded or doeskin fabric. The fabric is normally made from silk, polyester, modal or Sorna, etc.

Sand-washed fabric: It's a light- to medium-weight fabric which drapes well. It's been washed in fabric softeners to make it soft and slightly faded in appearance, and is used mostly for shirts and dresses.
Care instruction: dry clean, warm iron on wrong side without steam.

Material characteristics: Viscose is 100% from nature and skin-friendly, In hand feeling it is also similar to modal. And viscose is a yarn which is easy to be blended with other yarns like cotton/ modal/ polyester, etc to achieve different qualities.

Notes:
1) Grade 5 represents the best stain removal and Grade 1 represents the poorest stain removal by using stain release replica.
2) Washing procedure: Test No. (1) IIIA(i): Machine wash at 105 degrees F with 4lb total loading(type 1 ballast + specimen) and 100+/- 1g of 1993 AATCC standard reference detergent, normal cycle, tumble dry sturdy.

• Using more recycled polyester reduces our dependence on petroleum as the raw material for our fabric needs.
• Diverting PET bottles for this process reduces landfill, and thus reduces soil contamination and air and water pollution
and requires less energy than virgin polyester.
• Garments created from recycled polyester aim to be continuously recycled with no degradation of quality, allowing us to
minimize wastage. This means polyester garment manufacture could potentially become a closed-loop system.

Rayon is a manufactured fiber made from natural sources such as wood and agricultural .And it is used alone or with other fibers (often cotton or spandex) in clothing and household items like pajamas, and demand in the market, however rayon generally has a price advantage over natural fibers such as cotton and silk.
