When a fabric is yarn-dyed the colour is placed in the yarn or threads before knitting as opposed to the colour being printed or being dyed on the fabric after being knitted.
In this polyester elastane auto stripe jersey fabric, the elastane content can be varied from 3% to 10% to meet different requirements. And also elastane yarn can be replaced by lycra with tag.

Yarn dyed stripe jersey fabric is a conventional yarn dyed knit fabric, and it has two types according to its knitting technique--- feeder stripe and auto stripe (or called engineer stripe).
Slub polyester rayon yarn dyed fabric offers a special looking on the yarn dyed stripes and slub portion can be in both single part dyed and double dyed.

Feeder stripe repeat: < 6 cm approximately
Auto stripe repeat: >6 cm approximately

A good cotton fabric will then let the evaporating moisture escape into the air freely. Polyester fabric, on the other hand, tends to be either moisture trapping, or moisture wicking, neither of which are ideal for cooling in warm weather. So, cotton usually beats polyester for coolness.

Polyester cotton stripe fabric always has a good sale every year even though its composition is so regular and common. Normally the yarn is double dyed before knit and occasionally the yarn is single part dyed to achieve a melange looking.
