UV protection fabric is specifically designed for sun protection and is produced from a fabric rated for its level of ultraviolet (UV) protection. In addition, some textiles and fabrics employed in the use of sun-protective fabric may be pre-treated with UV-inhibiting ingredients during manufacture to enhance their effectiveness.

Product highlights:
Viscose ring spun yarn has more hairiness than cotton & polyester of same linear density It is also quite peculiar that despite Viscose being man made and comes in precise 'cut length' with zero short fibres, Viscose fibre-yarn characteristics are different than cotton and polyester.

Waterproof material usually combine a DWR coating on the outer fabric, fully taped seams, and a built-in membrane lining.
A membrane lining is an incredibly thin film or sheet of material with literally billions of microscopic holes which are too small for rainwater to penetrate but large enough for water vapor molecules (from sweat) to pass through in an outward direction. This membrane assists breathability and forms a second, more impermeable barrier after the DWR outer.

This polyester waterproof fabric mainly applies to uniforms, outdoor clothes and other special functional clothing.

Notes:
1) Grade 5 represents the best stain removal and Grade 1 represents the poorest stain removal by using stain release replica.
