Ponte de Roma fabric is a medium weight double knit which has a nice structure while maintaining a soft drape. The cotton-polyester blend provides a soft hand and the spandex gives you stretch for added comfort. Ponte also has the added benefit of little to no fray on the cut edges making it perfect for garments with raw edges! Ponte Roma is a high quality stretch knit jersey fabric that is extremely soft and has a slight sheen when draped. Additionally, this fabric has a subtle two-directional stretch and retains its shape even after it is pulled.

This fabric mainly applies to T-shirts, women's wear, children's wear and other fashion clothes. Product highlights: The fact revealed that vortex spun yarns have lower hairiness and better pilling resistance over ring and open-end rotor spun yarns. Furthermore, viscose rayon yielded more satisfactory results in the vortex spinning system in terms of yarn strength, particularly in coarser yarn counts and hairiness.
