Ponte roma knit is a combination of rayon, polyester and spandex. The thick, double-knit fabric provides a two-way stretch; it moulds to your body shape while providing a smooth and streamlined silhouette. You will find it is easy to sew, as it is a stable knit, and it is less stretchy than many other jersey dress fabrics. The pattern for a stable knit would have extra ease added to ensure ease of movement when the garment is worn. A good example of a stable knit is a ponte roma.

Ponte, or Ponte di Roma as some refer to it is a medium-heavy weight knitted double jersey, often strong and with a good stretch. You can use ponte for many dressmaking purposes, such as dresses, skirts, jackets, trousers, tops and cardigans. It's very soft and sturdy fabric which can be used to make a wide variety of garments. The width of Ponte roma is usually 59'' to 65 wide and usually has 4 way stretch. It can be found in lightweight, midweight and heavyweight varieties.

The blend yarn of TCR has combined and integrated the advantages of cotton, polyester and rayon( or viscose), and the mostly important thing is it has given the fabric a special looking like those fabrics made of nep yarns, but TCR(polyester cotton rayon ) fabrics is much cheaper than nep fabrics. Regular composition: 50% polyester 38% polyester 12% rayon 50% polyester 25% polyester 25% rayon

Pigment print is fade resistant. Pigment ink doesn't soak into paper like a dye-based ink; instead, it dries on top. That means the ink takes a little longer to dry on regular paper—but the color will be more vivid.

Fabric & Yarn quality: Combed or Semi-combed. Yarn count: 30s Cotton / polyester 80/20 Composition: 80% cotton 20% spun polyester (other compositions like 90/10, 70/30, 60/40, 50/50 are all workable). Hand feeling: Soft Surface: Clean & Less hairiness Dyeing: Reactive & Disperse dyed. Extra treatment: Enzyme washing.

Product highlights: Anti-pilling, anti-static. All fabrics pill to some extent, although fibres such as filament pill less than most.[6] The primary drivers of pilling are the physical characteristics of the textile (including both the initial fibre, and the way in which it is processed during manufacturing), the personal habits of the textile's wearer, and the environment in which the textile is used. Anti-pilling grade: > 4.0

Product highlights: Anti-pilling, anti-static. Techniques used by the textile industry to avoid pilling include singeing the loose fibres protruding on the surface of textile, and spinning the yarn with a high number of twists per inch. Some fabrics are chemically treated during the manufacturing process in order to reduce their propensity to pill.

Cotton polyester knit polo fabric has a more textured surface, similar to a waffle weave. The jersey polo is a casual, less expensive look, while the pique polo is more professional. Polo shirt fabric is used for stylish summer-wear and more laid-back alternative to dress shirts. This fabric is mainly used to make polo shirt, children's wear and sportswear. Product highlights: 1. Pique fabric is particularly nice for knit pique polo shirts that are worn in warm summer months. 2. Provides vibrant color and strong wash durability. 3. Tubular width is good for seamless garments.
